Invitation Relationships and Points¶
This page explains invitation chains, locking rules, No Roll-up Policy, points generation, and points reclaim.
Invitation relationship locking¶
A new Plan enrollment is based on a long-term locked invitation relationship between an inviter and invitee. These relationships form invitation relationship chains.
Examples:
- Visiting an invitation link does not change the invitation relationship.
- Registering in the app through an invitation link establishes a temporary invitation relationship that can be changed by entering another referral code, unless a locked relationship already exists.
- Accepting a Quote Amount obtained by the inviter on the invitee's behalf establishes a temporary invitation relationship.
- Entering an invitation code on the quote page can update the inviter if no locked relationship exists.
- Initiating payment changes the temporary invitation relationship to a long-term locked relationship.
- Using an inviter's invitation card establishes a long-term locked relationship if the invitee does not already have one.
Jump lines, meaning a downline changing upline, are not allowed.
Once an invitation card is used, it is consumed and cannot be used by others.
If someone was initially invited by an inviter but withdrew from the GDC Plan before the termination date of the effective period, that inviter can invite them to join again. If the person was invited by someone else before, the invitation relationship is locked and cannot be changed.
No Roll-up Policy¶
Effective as of May 1, 2026, the structural position of Promoters within a Team becomes permanently fixed.
If a Promoter loses active status, is downgraded, resigns, or has their account terminated for any reason, downline Promoters and Members remain in their original generational positions. They do not roll up or transfer closer to the Upline Affiliate.
Team volume and points continue to flow upline to the next eligible active Affiliate, but generational structure and physical placement remain unchanged.
If a vehicle withdraws and rejoins, the determination of rewards and points depends on whether rewards and points have already been credited. If the vehicle withdraws before rewards and points are credited and then rejoins, the referrer may still receive rewards and points. If the vehicle withdraws after rewards and points have been credited and then rejoins, the referrer does not receive additional rewards and points. The vehicle can still count toward direct referral count for upgrade.
If a vehicle has already been enrolled in a GDC Plan and the associated reward has been issued, no further commission is generated regardless of who enrolls the same vehicle afterward.
Points generation and distribution¶
Points are generated when a new GDC Plan successfully pays the service fee. Each GDC Plan generates 500 points regardless of quote amount.
Points are distributed upward along the referral chain until the points reach the first person at L9 level. After an Affiliate achieves L9 Lifetime Title, upgrade points continue to be distributed upward for two additional years from the date of L9 achievement; after that two-year period, points no longer distribute upward from that L9 Affiliate.
Renewal of a Plan does not generate points.
When a new GDC Plan joins a downline or when a GDC Plan churns, points are calculated in real time.
If there is churn or early exit in the team, points are reduced.
A downline growing faster does not necessarily stop points or commissions to the upline. Points stop distributing only when the downline reaches L9, subject to the L9 two-year extension described above.
Churn, retention, and points reclaim¶
Churn Rate is the ratio of Plans that accumulated points for a Referrer or Affiliate but are withdrawn within 90 days of becoming effective or before becoming effective, divided by total Plans that accumulated points for that Referrer or Affiliate until the assessment date.
Retention Rate equals 1 minus Churn Rate.
If a Plan that generated points withdraws within 90 days after effectiveness, the reclaim rule deducts the corresponding points from the accumulated points of the Referrers and Affiliates who originally received those points.
Withdrawal from the GDC Plan means the member is no longer a GDC member and cannot report eligible events or receive sharing contributions from others. If the member withdraws before the GDC Plan has been active for 3 months, the referral reward originally issued to the inviter is reclaimed.
If a Team has 15 or more GDC Plans withdrawn within 90 days of becoming effective and the Team's Retention Rate is less than 75%, GDC permanently revokes invitation capability and Referrer & Affiliate status.
