Promotions and Time-Bound Plans

This page summarizes affiliate promotion plans with important dates, eligibility rules, reward conditions, and expiration details.

Short-Term Reward Plan

The Short-Term Reward Plan became effective immediately after publication on the website or app and remains valid until September 30, 2026.

The plan is outside the Affiliate & Referral Program Regular Plan. It is based on sales-driven points, with rank names such as L1, L2, L3, and L4 used solely as reference points to illustrate equivalent points needed for qualification.

No more than 40% of total Points may be derived from a single Branch.

After September 30, 2026, the plan status should be reviewed again to determine whether it expires, changes, or is extended.

New Promotion Plan and April transition

The April transition rules took effect April 1, 2026.

Promoters are classified by Start Date:

  • Existing Promoters: Start Date before April 1, 2026. They may retain eligibility for Phase-Out Rewards if still within the applicable qualification periods, and may participate in the New Promotion Plan if within the 20-day or 40-day qualification periods.
  • New Promoters: Start Date on or after April 1, 2026. They are exclusively subject to the New Promotion Plan and are not eligible for Phase-Out Rewards.

Certain rewards are mutually exclusive to prevent double-dipping:

  • Enrollment Reward and L1 Fast Start Reward.
  • L1 Team Reward and L2 Momentum Reward.
  • April Direct Referral Reward and conflicting L1/enrollment rewards if earned on or after April 1, 2026.
  • April Team Builder Reward and conflicting L2/team development rewards if earned on or after April 1, 2026.

L1 Fast Start Reward required successful upgrade to L1 within 20 days of obtaining Invitation Capability and paid a one-time $300 reward if verification and monitoring conditions were met.

L2 Momentum Reward required successful upgrade to L2 within 40 days of obtaining Invitation Capability and included a one-time $600 reward plus a Double Direct Referral matching reward, subject to verification, distribution, monitoring, and reclaim rules.

April Limited-Time Reactivation Incentive Program

The April Limited-Time Reactivation Incentive Program used two rewards:

  • April Direct Referral Reward: qualification period April 1, 2026 through April 20, 2026; requirement of five new valid direct Plans; reward of $300.
  • April Team Builder Reward: qualification period April 1, 2026 through May 10, 2026; restricted to Affiliates holding L5 or below as of April 1, 2026; requirement of 20 new Plans within the Team; no more than 40% from any single Branch; reward of $600.

Data for both rewards was to be retroactively verified on May 20, 2026, with qualifying rewards credited on May 20, 2026.

Pre-distribution forfeiture and post-distribution reclaim rules apply for qualifying Plans canceled before effectiveness or terminated within 90 days after effectiveness.

Phase-Out Rewards

Phase-Out Rewards apply only to Promoters with a Start Date prior to April 1, 2026.

The plan includes:

  • Enrollment Reward with 20-day and 30-day qualification periods and tiers for 3, 5, and 8 new Plans.
  • Activation & Training Bonus with a $200 bonus for eligible Promoters meeting qualification requirements within 30 days, limited to the first 300 qualified Affiliates.
  • L1, L2, L3, and L4 Team Rewards with branch, point, retention, verification, monitoring, rectification, and reclaim rules.

These rewards are subject to mutually exclusive rules described in the transition section.

Promotional Bonus Pool Reward Plan

The Promotional Bonus Pool Reward Plan became effective April 1, 2026, subject to staggered effective dates by tier, and remains valid until September 30, 2026.

Bonus Pool tiers:

All tiers require overall Team Retention Rate equal to or greater than 85%.

Reward calculation, accrual, vesting, monitoring period, rectification requirements, final verification, and forfeiture rules apply.

After September 30, 2026, the plan status should be reviewed again to determine whether it expires, changes, or is extended.

Tesla Car Bonus Achievement Reward Plan

The Tesla Car Bonus Achievement Reward Plan remains valid until September 30, 2026.

Eligibility required participants to be among the first 15 Affiliates to meet all of:

  • Attain L6 Affiliate status.
  • Develop at least three direct subordinates, each reaching L3 Team Level.
  • Maintain a Retention Rate of at least 85% within the team during the reward claim period.

Eligible Affiliates could choose between:

  • A Tesla Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive, Stealth Grey, 18-inch Prismata Wheels, Black Interior, base configuration.
  • A cash payment equivalent to the base configuration price of that Tesla Model 3 on the official Tesla website, paid in one lump sum.

The base configuration price as of March 30, 2026 was $36,990, excluding related taxes.

Recipients must maintain a Retention Rate of at least 85% within the Qualifying Cohort for 12 consecutive months after vehicle delivery or cash payment. If retention drops below 85%, the recipient receives a two-month rectification period. If not restored, the company may reclaim the vehicle or demand repayment of equivalent cash payment in full.
