This page collects reward types, reward statuses, withdrawals, tax forms, and related operational rules.

Multi-level referral rewards

Multi-level Referral Rewards apply to Promoters according to status, level, and location in the invitation relationship chain.

Reward schedule:

Reward Eligibility Amount
Referral Reward All Promoters directly inviting a Plan that joins GDC for the first time 10% x Quote Amount
L1 Reward Affiliates with L1 or above 8% x Quote Amount
L2 Reward Affiliates with L2 or above 5% x Quote Amount
L3 Reward Affiliates with L3 or above 3% x Quote Amount
L4 Reward Affiliates with L4 or above 2% x Quote Amount
L5 Reward Affiliates with L5 or above 1.5% x Quote Amount
L6 Reward Affiliates with L6 or above 1.5% x Quote Amount
L7 Reward Affiliates with L7 or above 1.5% x Quote Amount
L8 Reward Affiliates with L8 or above 1.5% x Quote Amount
L9 Reward Affiliates with L9 1% x Quote Amount

For rewards generated from the same Plan, a Referrer or Affiliate can receive at most one of the rewards listed above.

The 10% referral reward is based on the full quote amount for the referred GDC Plan, not only the 20% service fee.

Reward statuses

Reward statuses include:

  • Pending: initial status after the service fee for the corresponding GDC Plan has been successfully paid. The reward remains Pending until the plan becomes effective and passes initial verification.
  • Pending Clearance: applies to rewards that have been calculated but are subject to final verification based on ongoing performance monitoring. Rewards are not withdrawable until a future Vesting Date. If requirements are not met, the reward is permanently forfeited.
  • Withdrawable: reward is fully vested and ready for withdrawal after prerequisite conditions and any Pending Clearance period are completed.

Rewards are not automatically sent to bank accounts. Referrers and Affiliates must actively initiate withdrawal of withdrawable rewards.

Multi-level Referral Rewards generally become withdrawable after the corresponding GDC Plan becomes effective and passes initial verification.

Renewal Commissions, effective as of May 1, 2026, are generally triggered instantly when the renewal Service Fee is successfully paid, provided the Affiliate is not Suspended or Frozen.

Bonus Pool and Short-Term Rewards generally follow monthly payout cycles and become withdrawable on the 7th day of the following month, subject to review, vesting, and verification.

Withdrawals and payment channels

Referrers and Affiliates can withdraw rewards when reward status becomes Withdrawable.

Withdrawals may be made to PayPal or bank accounts through Stripe:

  • PayPal withdrawal fee: $0.25, deducted from the transaction. A $100 commission withdrawal results in $99.75 received.
  • Bank withdrawal through Stripe: $0.25 plus 0.3% of withdrawal amount. A $100 commission withdrawal results in $99.45 received.
  • PayPal is almost instant.
  • Bank account withdrawal through Stripe normally takes 3-5 business days after initiation.

Referrers can withdraw in the GDC App. Starting at L1, withdrawals are made through the Lark App. After upgrading to L1, the Rewards page in the GDC App prompts the user to use Lark.

To activate Lark, enter phone number, set Lark nickname, activate the Lark account, log in to Lark, and open Workplace > Rewards.

If an affiliate previously filled out W-9 as an individual and later wants earnings paid to a company, the user can transition to a company account through the Rewards page and Stripe withdrawal method. Once changed to a company account, the user cannot switch back to withdrawing as an individual.

Tax, W-9, and 1099

Members are only required to provide minimal information such as a driver's license for quote verification when joining. GDC does not collect member tax information or SSN for member participation.

When a Referrer or Affiliate's annual cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds $600, GDC requires the individual or Business Entity to fill out a W-9 form. The form collects TIN, such as SSN or ITIN, and other tax-related information so GDC can report income to the IRS.

Withdrawals are only permitted after the W-9 form has been fully completed, submitted, and successfully reviewed.

During tax season, GDC sends 1099 forms by email and paper mail. The GDC App also shows a reminder for affiliates to confirm the email and mailing address on file before the app-specified deadline.

Affiliates who receive income reported on a 1099 form must pay Social Security tax and Medicare tax.

For tax form handling, LLCs may be treated as enterprise-level LLCs or individual LLCs based on the information provided in the W-9 form. Form 1099 is issued only to individuals and individual LLCs for tax purposes.

Tax discussion is for reference only, and affiliates should consult their own tax advisor.

Frozen, Suspension, and Reclaim

Reclaim is triggered if a Plan that generated a reward is withdrawn within 90 days of its effective date. The value of the original reward is deducted from the recipient's Withdrawable Balance. If the balance is insufficient, it becomes negative and future earnings first offset the negative balance.

Frozen status applies to newly allocated Multi-level Referral Rewards that have not yet been withdrawn when both conditions occur:

  • The number of Plans withdrawn within 90 days of effective date reaches five or more.
  • The team's Retention Rate falls below 85%.

Rewards under Frozen status cannot be withdrawn. Frozen status is lifted when the Promoter's team Retention Rate recovers to 85% or higher.

Suspension applies to the GDC Program account of a Referrer or Affiliate and directly affects eligibility to earn new Rewards. Suspension is triggered under the same conditions as Frozen status.

During Suspension, the Promoter is ineligible to earn or accrue rewards except Multi-level Referral Rewards. Other rewards during Suspension are permanently forfeited and not retroactively granted after Suspension ends.

Canceling an unactivated renewal plan does not affect an existing L1 user's Affiliate level .

Renewal commission

The Renewal Commission Reward Plan became effective May 1, 2026. It is an independent compensation plan on top of the Affiliate & Referral Program Regular Plan.

Previous renewal reward mechanisms under Section 5.1.2 of the Regular Plan were terminated and repealed effective May 1, 2026. Plan renewals occurring on or after May 1, 2026 are governed by the Renewal Plan.

Renewal commission is triggered instantly when a Plan's Service Fee is successfully paid for any renewal term. The amount is calculated by multiplying Quote Amount at renewal by the applicable percentage.

An Affiliate must maintain at least Paid-As Title L2 to be eligible for renewal commissions.

Renewal commissions are paid based on physical generation and current Paid-As Title. There is no dynamic compression. If an intermediate Promoter or Affiliate is inactive, suspended, frozen, or fails to meet the Paid-As Title requirement, that portion of commission is forfeited and does not roll up.
